This website is intended to showcase our jewellery collections, current pricing information, and store details. At present, orders are accepted through direct contact with us — via phone, WhatsApp, email, or by visiting our store in person. Online checkout and payment through the website are not currently available and will be updated here once introduced.

You may place an order with us through any of the following methods:

- Visiting our store in person at our showroom, where you can view, select, and confirm your purchase directly.

- Contacting us via phone or WhatsApp at +91 6262181081 to enquire about a product, confirm availability, and place an order.

Once you express interest in a product, our team will confirm:

- Product availability

- Applicable price based on the day's metal rate and making charges

- Estimated timeline for delivery or in-store collection

An order is considered confirmed only after payment (advance or full, as applicable) has been received and acknowledged by us, either verbally, in writing, or via a receipt/invoice.

 3. Pricing and Rate Fluctuation

- All jewellery prices are based on the prevailing gold, silver, platinum, or diamond rates on the day of purchase, along with applicable making charges.

- Precious metal rates fluctuate daily based on market conditions. Prices mentioned on this website, in catalogues, or during prior conversations are indicative and subject to change until the order is confirmed and payment is made.

- The final price applicable to your order will be the rate confirmed at the time of order confirmation and payment, not any earlier quoted price.

- Making charges, GST, and any other applicable taxes are additional to the metal value and will be clearly communicated before payment.

We accept the following modes of payment:

- Cash (at our store, subject to applicable limits under law)

- UPI(Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or other UPI-enabled apps)

- Debit/Credit Card** (at our store, via card machine)

- Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS

- Cheque** (subject to clearance before order processing/delivery)

Payment Structure

- For in-store purchases, full payment is required at the time of billing before the product is handed over.

- For orders placed via phone/WhatsApp for delivery or collection, an advance payment (as communicated by our team, typically a percentage of the total order value) may be required to confirm the order, with the balance payable before delivery or at the time of collection.

- For custom or made-to-order jewellery, an advance payment is mandatory to initiate the order, with the remaining balance due upon completion, prior to dispatch or collection.

 Important Payment Notes

- Orders will only be processed and dispatched/prepared fter receipt of the applicable advance or full payment, as agreed.

- In case of payment via cheque, order processing will begin only after the cheque has cleared.

- All payments are recorded and acknowledged via an official receipt or invoice, which the customer should retain for future reference, exchange, or warranty purposes.

- We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund (where applicable) if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

- All gold jewellery sold is hallmarked in accordance with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Purity details (e.g., 22K, 18K, 14K for gold; 925 Sterling for silver) will be communicated at the time of purchase and mentioned on the invoice.

- Certificates of authenticity, where applicable, are provided with certified items (e.g., diamond jewellery).

- Minor variations in weight (within standard industry tolerance) may occur due to the handcrafted nature of certain pieces.

- We offer an easy exchange facility on eligible products within [3-4 days] of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  - The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, boxes, and certificates intact.

  - The original invoice/receipt must be presented at the time of exchange.

  - Customized or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for exchange unless found defective.

- Exchange value will be calculated based on the rate applicable on the day of exchange, less any making charges already incurred, as per standard trade practice.

- We offer repair services for jewellery purchased from us, subject to inspection.

- Repair timelines and any applicable charges will be communicated at the time of the repair request.

- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear not disclosed at the time the item is brought in for repair.

- Jewellery not originally purchased from us may be accepted for repair at our discretion, subject to separate assessment and charges.

- For orders requiring delivery, delivery timelines and charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

- For in-store collection, customers will be notified once the order is ready for pickup.

- Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery or collection and raise any concerns immediately.

Any personal information shared with us (name, contact number, address) for the purpose of order processing, delivery, or communication will be used solely for that purpose and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., courier services) or as required by law.

 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netram Lakhiram Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, beyond the value of the product itself.

 11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, logos, and designs, is the property of Netram Lakhiram Jewellers and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Raigarh, Chhattisgarh].
